Manufactured from high-density polyethylene the Tuf Dek Liner is virtually impossible to crack or break. Utilising the factory tie down points of the vehicle and compatible with the Core Trax tie down system and Tuf Lok partitioning system the Tuf Dek Liner features more functionality than the standard ute liner.
The Over Rail Tuf Dek Liner is designed to protect the top of the tailgate and sides of the wellside from scratches and lasting marks when loading and unloading your ute. Extending the hard wearing polyethylene, the liner wraps over the edges of the ute to give it that added protection.
Also able to fit both the Crown Canopy and Hard Lid options, the Over Rail Tuf Dek Liner is available for your preference of Liner.
The Under Rail Tuf Dek Liner is the more subtle liner variation. Rather than extending over the edges of the wellside, the liner tucks underneath the frame of the vehicle.
This not only maximises the space available in the bed but means when a Crown Canopy or Hard Lid are added, the edge of the liner is not visible creating a seamless look.
Core Trax are a versatile track based tie-down system that recesses into the rivets on the floor of the Tuf Dek Liner.
Constructed from aviation alloy and boasting a 250kg load rating the Core Trax Tie-Down System will keep everything constrained, safe and secure in the wellside of the vehicle. Using easily adjustable shackles, the tie down points are able to be altered at 1-inch intervals along the 150mm or 900mm length variants of the track.
Built to be used in conjunction with the Tuf Dek Liner, the mould of the liner features a dedicated space to house the Tuf Lok. Using this design leaves no gaps on either end that could cause items to drift between the two sections. The dedicated partition created by the Tuf Lok provides a secure space to store fragile and delicate items separately which may be exposed to greater damage by a sudden impact or heavier item in an accident.
